Refund Policy

We have do not accept returns, which means you cannot request for a return after ordering from us, as all goods from us are either perishable items (food) or hazardous materials (BBQ pits). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All orders that have been paid upon check out cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Cancellation of order in less than 7 business days

You will be subjected to a 50% charge on the total bill. The balance of 50% will be refunded by HTK Food Voucher.

Cancellation on actual event date

You will be subjected to a 100% charge on the total bill.
